Granular chemical product that establishes an inactive bromide reserve in your spa.

This product is part of a Bromine Regime for a spa. This regime includes:

  1. Sodium Bromide (Added at start of new water every 3 months)
  2. A) Bromine Tablets OR B) Reserve Liquid Bromine Solution (Sanitizer used regularly throughout the week)
  3. Renew (Non-Chlorine Oxidizer that activates a portion of the sodium bromide into active bromine sanitizer to “shock” water and oxidize and cleanse the water.

Description

It is important to note that Sodium Bromide is not a disinfectant. It is used to establish a reserve of bromide in spa or hot tub water. It is necessary to use a Bromine sanitizer (Brom Tabs or Reserve) to disinfect the water.

Dosage

1/2 oz per 100 gallons of water.

Directions

  1. Add 1/2 of of Sodium Bromide per 100 gallons of water to establish a 30 ppm bromide reserve.
  2. Add Brom Tabs to establish a proper bromine level to a Chemical Floater accessory or add Reserve according to directions
  3. Add Renew shock oxidizer according to directions on bottle
